Although all the features of our product and services are available on the application, some of them may require your attention due to the information they collect. Hence, we would like to provide you with more details related to the data we collect for the proper working of our Application. We offer various features in our application and to make them all work smoothly, we need access to different permissions and information as described below.

What Information Do We Collect?

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is the information or data that can be linked to a user or persistently linked to a mobile device. We only collect the following types of PII when you install the application:

Passive Information: Information that your computer and your browser send automatically while you are browsing our website.

• Name and Email Address - We collect the user’s name and email address when they register or create an account with Tarot Life and for calculations to generate Numerology reports or other Astro Reports, etc. We can also use your Email address to send you the Tarot, Numerology and Astro reports that you purchase. We also collect the email address when the user logs in through Facebook. The user uses this Email address to log into the application.
• Birth Details - We collect the user’s birth details which include the date of birth during live chat sessions, for Astro and Numerology calculations and for generating Astrology and other reports.
• When communicating with Psychics on chat - Any personal information you provide to our Psychics while you connect with them via chat, or message. Please note, that if you do not wish to share such personal information with the Psychic, then do not do so.
• When booking a service - Although, we request financial information from you such as your card details. However, neither do we collect or have access to any financial details provided by you. This information is directly provided to our third party payment gateways that handle, process and store this information for you to purchase a product from the website or application. All the payments in the application are managed by Google Payments, Apple Payments or Third party payment gateways. Currently, we use Stripe as our third party payment gateway. In order to know how they use your financial information, you need to check their privacy policy.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) includes information such as the type of operating system and application build that you use. Non-PII is used to help troubleshoot any user issues.

• Tarot Life uses a third-party, Google/Firebase Analytics library, to anonymously collect the data regarding various actions a user takes within our app and app related Push Notifications. This helps us to improve our app and to figure out what features are being used. It is not used for third-party marketing purposes.

Use of Personal Data

Tarot Life ensures confidentiality and security of our members’ personal details and identity and any use of the same for predictions and forecasts. Your information is safe and secure with us.

We further guarantee that no use, whether directly or indirectly, will be made by Tarot Life pertaining to any data or information that is disclosed in the forecasts or predictions for a member except for communicating the results and predictions to the members solely.

We do not, in any way, provide/sell/rent your personal information/data/details to anyone.

Tarot Life allows its users and members to access their information and their profiles and make changes whenever required.

Data Deletion Request By User

We collect the user’s name and email address when they register or create an account with Tarot Life. We also collect the email address when the user logs in through Google or Facebook. The user uses this Email address to log into the application.

Your password is critical for your account’s security. So, make sure you create a password with characters, letters and numbers and do not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for each action that you do on the application, so if you lose control of your account and the actions done in your account name, you might be subject to legal complications. So, if you lose your password, then notify us immediately and change your password.

Tarot Life also facilitates removal of your data or personal information as per your request. You can follow the steps below to request data deletion from your account :

-For Direct Login

If you have directly registered with Tarot Life, then you can request for your Account Deletion on the app by opening ‘Settings’ and clicking on ’Delete My Account’. Or, you can send a request for your data deletion on support@tarot-insights.com.

-For Facebook Login

If you have logged in through Facebook, then you can request data deletion following these steps :

• Open your Facebook account and go to Facebook Settings & Privacy
• Select Settings
• Select Apps & Websites from the left menu. It will display all the apps where you have logged in with your Facebook account
• Select Tarot Life from the list and click Remove
• Go to View Removed Apps & Website on the bottom of the page
• Select the remove app, i.e. Tarot Life and click on the View button
• Click on Send Request. You will get a link and confirmation number explaining about the status of your data deletion request.

Information Collected through Third-Parties

Our application may include links to websites or content from other third-party businesses. However, we are not liable and cannot be held responsible for the policies they practice. We do not have any control or access to the technologies they may use. We, therefore, encourage you to read their individual privacy policies before clicking on their links (advertisements) while you are active on our application.

Information that is Shared on Various Social Media Platforms

Our application may include links to various social media platforms where you can share information about the application. Your use of these social media platforms through our application may result in the collection or sharing of your information by them. We, therefore, encourage you to read the individual privacy policies of these third-party social media platforms and understand what information may be collected, used, and shared before using their platform while you are active on our app or website.

How We Use, Store and Share the Information We Collect?

The data is stored on our secure servers in an encrypted form. We do not share this data with anyone else, not even any third-party.

In addition to the purposes described above, we may use email addresses to provide notifications, the announcement of new features or new products or any future amendments to this Privacy Policy.

We may share your personal information in order to enforce agreements, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We may also disclose your information in order to safeguard our rights and property and also the rights and property of any other individual or entity. We may share your information to comply with any legal obligation or even when we believe that disclosure of this information would help us mitigate a liability in a lawsuit. We may share your information to prevent any illegal activities, as well.

We also may use non-PII information and your email to analyze usage, to improve current and future product offerings, and communicate with you about our services comprising order management and billing.

- Analytics

The services contained in this section enable us to monitor and analyze app traffic and it can be used to track app User behavior.

Google Analytics/Firebase (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. We send Push Notifications through Firebase.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly use this service to collect data from or market to children below the age of 13. If you as a parent or guardian are aware that your children have shared or provided any information without your consent, please contact us at support@tarot-insights.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us any Personally Identifiable Information without parental consent, we will remove or delete the concerned information within a reasonable time. Children below 18 years, may use tarot-insights.com and its services, only under parental guidance or control.

PURCHASES

Tarot life offers access to certain premium features and services. By the purchase of enhanced services and features, you agree to pay the full price due and incurred by you in the usage of your purchased services. All the In-App purchases are made through the respective app stores and through Stripe, a third party payment gateway.

More information about how you may manage or enable/disable In-App purchase using your device may be mentioned in the respective App Store/Payment Provider’s terms and Conditions/EULA, online or in the help settings of your device. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18 and is concerned about making excessive In-app purchases by your child, then we recommend you to consider parental control that may be offered by the App Store Provider.

It should be noted that all the payments are subject to the payment terms and conditions of App Store/Payment Provider platforms. We do not control the transaction or how you pay on those platforms. Thus, it is advised to review the payment policies of the respective platforms for additional information.

On the website, www.tarot-insights.com or for some features of the app, if you make a purchase (any of our products/services), the payment will be handled by a third-party payment gateway. We use the following payment gateways for purchases through the website:

The payment gateway will collect information about you, such as your name, address, phone number, email and credit card details. A very limited amount of information acquired from this is shared with us, which enables us to set up your account as a customer with us. Financial details such as credit card information, etc. are not shared with us.

Payment Security

Tarot Life processes all the payments for their paid services through a secure payment gateway. We DO NOT collect any payment information on our application. It is collected and processed in a secured manner by third-party payment gateways. We follow reasonable industry standards, technical measures and procedural measures to protect against unauthorized access and use of your supplied information. However, you should know that neither we nor any other application can fully eliminate all the risks.

Advertising

Ads services allow User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests. This does not mean that all Personal Data is used for this purpose.

AdMob (AdMob Google Inc.)

AdMob is an advertising service provided by AdMob Google Inc. This service uses Cookies and usage data to identify Users or it may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside this Application. We despise spam. We will never do something that we hate ourselves. Thus, you can be rest assured that we will not spam your mailboxes with unsolicited emails, and we will never sell your information to other parties.
